By approving a proposal, statement of work, or initial invoice from Propaganda Productions, LLC, the client agrees to these Terms of Service for production and related creative services.
Propaganda Productions, LLC works to deliver services according to agreed timelines. Delivery dates may depend on timely client approvals, scheduling availability, and receipt of required assets, access, and feedback.
Clients are responsible for paying fees as invoiced by Propaganda Productions, LLC. Third-party costs such as location fees, talent, rentals, travel, or platform charges may be billed separately as outlined in the project agreement.
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables specified in the agreement. Propaganda Productions, LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and other internal production systems unless otherwise stated in writing.
Either party may pause or terminate services according to the notice terms in the project agreement. Propaganda Productions, LLC will provide completed work to date and close out active tasks based on the applicable scope and payment status.
